Planning a wedding is all fun and games — said nobody ever. Justin Theroux revealed in a recent interview that all the planning that went into his top-secret nuptials to Jennifer Aniston last month was stressful, to say the least. “I wouldn’t say it was fun to plan,” he told The Daily News. “Part of the fun of planning a wedding is telling people, and we had to keep it under wraps.”
Three years after they became engaged, Theroux, 44, and Aniston, 46,
tied the knot in a hush-hush ceremony at their L.A. home on Wednesday,
Aug. 5. Even the couple’s A-list pals — including John Krasinski, Emily Blunt, Lisa Kudrow, Howard Stern, Sia, Chelsea Handler, Lake Bell, Ellen DeGeneres, and Terry Richardson — were told that the event was a celebration for Theroux’s 44th birthday in order to preserve secrecy.
The couple both returned to work shortly after their wedding and honeymoon in Bora Bora, with Theroux jetting off to Austin, Texas to shoot The Leftovers, and Aniston flying out to Atlanta to shoot Gary Marshall’s Mother’s Day.

Theroux initially popped the question over dinner at NYC’s Blue Hill
restaurant back in August 2012, and the pair had remained largely mum
about wedding plans ever since. “We just want to do it when it’s perfect and we’re not rushed, and no one is rushing from a job or rushing to a job,” Aniston told The Associated Press in July 2013. “And you know, we already feel married.”
