Speaking to the show's host Emma Willis immediately afterwards, she said: 'It feels invigorating.'

'I didn't want to go,  for sure,but now I'm here it feels invigorating. I feel like a weight has been lifted from me, but I'm sad - I was in there to win. 

'But I'm out now and I feel like I did really well. I'm excited. I stayed loyal to my friends and myself.'

On the difficulty of watching the nominations, she said: 'It's really hard to not take nominations personally.

It was OK from Janice and Chloe-Jasmine, but I was disappointed that James nominated me.'

Then, when speaking about, Farrah, she said: 'She never attacked me because she looked up to me. I also tempered her. And I think she grew a bit.  

God bless her, but I wasn't there to be her minder.I did have discussions with her about her abusive behaviour, but - no - I didn't step in. I should have done. She was abusive.'

Her exit comes just minutes after Jenna chose to slag-off James while in the kitchen with Austin.

'He is just trying to look like the bigger person. He’s trying to make himself look like the better man, like I am going to spank my best friend because I am for the betterment of people.

'I feel like telling him: listen, you’re not a politician, you a little 28 year old p*ss ant.  I mean, it should be uber-evident to everybody out there why he nominated us.'
