Kylie Jenner was attacked by a fan as she was leaving Chris Brown’s concert at the Honda Center in Anaheim, Calif., on Friday, Sept. 18.
The model/reality star was walking out of the show when a fan pulled
her hair from behind, causing her head to snap back. Luckily, Jenner’s
security stepped in before the incident escalated any further.
Jenner was attending the Friday's concert to watch her boyfriend Tyga perform alongside Brown. The couple has been dating for about a year.
