The embattled FIFA Chairman, Sepp Blatter was quoted
earlier in the week saying he would go to heaven when he dies as he had not
indulge in any corrupt practice since he became the chairman of the world football
association about two decades ago .
Blatter said this while reacting to questions posed on
him by a German media outfit on the taint of corrupt allegations level against
his FIFA executive members and other high ranking officials of the international
association.
The grievous corrupt allegation against the officials
of the highest football governing body in the world led to Blatter’s
resignation barely a week after a reelection for another term as FIFA’s
Chairman. He has however quoted in the media claiming he had not resigned but step
aside for thorough investigation to be conducted on the affairs of the
association.
