USA and Germany slug it out in Women's World Cup Seminal Finals

 United States of America and Germany had qualified for the semifinals of the Canada 2015 Women FIFA World Cup.

The duo beat their opponents in their match ties. Germany, two-time winners of the Women World Cup trophy (2003 and 2007) beats France after a penalty shoot-out that ended 5-4 in favour of German women. It was Claire Lavogez missed fifth penalty that sealed the hope of France proceeding to the semifinal matches.

In another match between double champions of the females world cup United States of America and China, the American women showed their supremacy by beating the Chinese  Women team one goal to nothing. American team’s captain, Carli Lloyd scored the only goal of the match played in Ottawa through a header in the early minutes the second half.

The match between USA and Germany is viewed as the final before the real final of the tournament since the two teams according soccer pundits have paraded notable skills and experienced players in this year’s world event.
